What about returns and exchanges?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can click the account icon in the top right corner of this site. Once you login with the email associated with your order, you will see an option to begin a return or exchange. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1510 Max Hooks Rd. Suite E, Groveland, FL 34736
the purchaser is responsible for fees associated with shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All preorder items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new items.
When will I receive my order?
Production time is typically 10-14 business days.
Please allow additional time for pre-order items.
What if I purchased during an in-person sale?
All items purchased on school property are final sale, as-is, and are not eligible for exchange.
